10mm Starline Brass

I ordered 1K 10mm brass from Starline approximately 2-3 weeks ago. I just received shipping notice from them. As I recall this item was not be in stock until the end of April..

I bought 1k pieces as well and the site showed the same backordered info but I got a shipping notice for next week. I don't mind getting it early! This is my first 10mm brass from them but all other brass I've used from them has been great.

I haven't needed any brass, so I have not looked at Starline's website for a while.  Not much in stock as usual.

I noticed they are not even taking backorders on 9mm or 9mm+P as they are so far out on delivery.

For my premium loads I use Nickel Starline brass that I get from Midway. I usually order 500 at a time. I have a large quantity of 165 grains and 180 grain JHP's. I also have a good quantity of 155 & 175 Silver Tip JHP's.

My guy at Precision Bullets says he is experiencing up to 10 weeks delay before he can ship them. But since he is the manufacturer, it seems a bit faster than other places. I have 1ike 1000 at the bench, and ordered 500 more, and 1000 9mm.

My experience on Starline back orders is that they generally beat their target date - its a nice surprise!!

Most of the folks that had orders in must be here at this site...I got my 1000 about a week ago as well. I'd like to get one of those each month--that would be nice.

I rarely got new 10mm brass. I think maybe there was about 100 Starline way in the beginning. I do know I got a box of like 1000 nickel plated ones from ebay before they decided to stop selling cases.
