Favorite gun store just outside of Minneapolis

Stopped into my favorite gun store after work yesterday that's just outside of Minneapolis, only to find they were only letting 5 people in at a time. When it was finally my turn to go in, the manager stopped me just inside the door and politely asked me to remove my mask and look at the security camera...These store owners are scared, really scared

No doubt they see themselves as a potential target if this escalates further.

Absolutely, hence the RIA 10mm on my hip when I was there. Sure glad we live in a dinky little town of 4,200 forty plus miles a way

If I was a golfer I could hit a drive into Detroit from my front yard. Thankfully, things haven't gotten that crazy here.

That said, my Xdm 10 and double mag carrier are my new standard dog walking gear.

I'm just happy knowing that my family is safe, and our two daughters are out of the city for a few days. If you are a believer, please Pray for the safety of our law enforcement personnel, as well as the innocent bystanders caught up in this awful mess

We had a nice little party in SLC on Saturday night.  I always sleep with my carry gun next to the bed.  We are lucky to have a small full-size safe in the en-suite as well, and that was set up so the Benelli M4 was #1, my AR pistol #2, AR carbine #3 and AR DMR #4 in the front rack.  Had plenty of buck and slug as well as ten AR mags topped off and right there.

I was explaining to the wife that the Beretta 92 would be on her side of the bed.  She opened her mouth to object and with perfect timing both our phones went off with the public safety alert about curfew and staying in for safety.  She closed her mouth.

Two cars burned, scrapes, bruises, bumps and a couple of broken bones, but it has largely settled back down.  One of my buddies on one of the statewide departments told me the intel is that these activities will be pushed into the suburbs next.
