May I pull up a stump to your electronic campfire?

I do have a question for you guys. Is it wrong to have your gunsmithing toolbox stationed in the kitchen?

The answer to that depends on the significant other.

You can't fix stupid but you can numb it for a while with a 2X4

Not married. Don't ever plan on that either.

For many years my FFL was a guy who just did transfers from his home.  It was a fair bit of a drive to get to him, but he was cheap and he would stack as many guns as the ATF allowed on one form for one fee.

The routine was always the same.  Front door through the living room to the kitchen table.  Living room was always cluttered with brass, tools and projects on the coffee table and in the corners.  Kitchen table looked more like a messy workbench with tools and parts everywhere.  A huge safe dominated the kitchen next to the fridge.  One time I remember the counters were all covered with crock pots as he was working with bees wax, you know, for cast bullet lube.  There were usually a couple of Dillon 1050's on auto-drive humming in the background making 300 blackout brass from surplus 5.56.

I always thought to myself, "This is the house of a bachelor...probably what my house would look like were it not for my wife."  And, in many ways it did look like my home "office" does.

I found out after about a year of tranfers he was married.  He somehow found a woman that didn't mind her kitchen and living room looking a Sanford and Son's gun store.

Great guy, and a great woman to tolerate him.

They are rare to find these days. I send dates packing if they even hint at making changes to my lifestyle. I sort of got paid back though back in 2015 when I was diagnosed with cancer and she bailed on me. Guess she couldn't take anymore. But I realized then that life is too short not to live the life I wanted. So good riddance.

I also upgraded to the extended slide lock as I have done on my other Glocks.

I've been looking forever for some Blue Dot and finally found some in stock at a supplier in Tennessee. Had four pounds of Blue Dot and 8# H4350 delivered last week and another pound jug of Blue Dot along with 8# of BL-C2 for my rifle loading projects should be here by the end of June. I have so much loading to do I've already used up my current stock of BL-C2 on my 5.56 stuff alone. I loaded up a bunch of 45ACP this week!
