I have a bunch of swaged copper jackets bullets that are .403 instead of .400.  They look similar to Hornady XTP bullets and weigh 185 grains.  Quickload shows no pressure increase with the oversize bullets. They pass a plunk test in both my Glock and my Kimber.  I have loaded lead bullets this size but never oversize jacketed bullets.  Has anyone here ever shot any oversize jacketed bullets?

If you have a push through sizer you could lube them well and resize them down...I have shot 357" through many 9mm bores without issues.

I don't think 0.002" is a big deal.  (Don't hold me liable if you blow your gun and yourself up.)

IIRC, lots and lots of guys are shooting Russian 7.62x39 with 0.311" bullets through their Mini-14s, whose barrels are 0.308", with no ill effects.

Those are Herters .401 PowerMag bullets.  The PowerMag uses .403" bullets.

You want to sell them?
