New to Me 10mm - Dan Wesson Valor

Well, someone offered me great money for my Springfield Customs Custom Carry 10mm. So I sold it. It was a real real real nice gun. One of the only guns that sat in the safe unless I went to the range. The gentleman will enjoy it more than me as it will be his primary carry gun in WY.

So, what does one do with a boat load of 10mm ammo.  I was looking at the TRP RMR 5" bust read a few horror stories and was waiting to see what else was out there. 

Then I stumbled on this.

Dan Wesson Duty Treat Valor 5" 10mm.  Less than 200 rounds fired.  Granted it's Blem model. Don't really care. There is a mark in the slide.  They don't make this mode anymore.

So for 1000 shipped.  I think I stole it to get back in the 10mm game along with my Glock 29sf. 

Dan Wesson is mailing me a duty treat magwell for it as we speak.


What does everyone think?  1000 dollars a good deal?

Beautiful gun. The Valor is everything its supposed to be and then some. I've shot a couple of them and all were great shooters. In regards to the price. I've thought about it a little. So I just quickly decided not to think about it anymore and just right off hate you......yeah, I think I hate you. ;D

You got an outstanding deal!!  I have a duty treat valor 10mm , a duty treat valor commander 45 and a blem duty treat valor 45.  Also have a razorback.  Dan Wesson's are great pistols.

Hopefully I'll have it tomorrow.  I even dig the shark skin grips. 

Was told less than 200 rounds and no issues.  Hopefully I did the right choice. Financially I did. Was able to score this STI too.

Great looking gun.
