Grand power and Bersa

I noticed on grab a gun that grand power pistols say bersa in front of them now. Anybody know what that means.Did Bersa buy out grand power. Or just an importer for them.

I believe that Bersa is just an importer as the grandpowerusa.net site doesn't mention Bersa that I can see.
