Here in Utah, the Mayor of Salt Lake County (didn't know Counties even had "Mayors") has changed the "rules" for any County Owned Property, i/e The South County (Mountain America) Expo Center
ALL firearm transaction, Wholesale, Retail and now even Private, has to go through a FULL Background Check
Enough is enough of this crap; where-as these local Bureaucrats feel that they have the "right" to violate OUR Constitutional RIGHTs ! ? !

Yep, the anti's are working hard in most states. Given the opportunity, they would ban most everything in MN. We do have a few good groups, namely the Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus that are working tirelessly to keep this from happening

Bingo. Red flag laws can be WEAPONIZED. Couple dispute, neighbors etc. Any false claim should be mandatory Felon Charge and 5 years in prison. No parole. The language needs inputed. Due Process should be within 60 days.

My daughter broke up with her BF, and the mom got all involved. I told her to stay out of it the kids are damn near adults. To which she threatened to put s restraining order on me so I would lose my guns. I had a few choice words for her and called the police myself. That was a threat plain and simple. At least at the moment my state doesn't have red flag laws. So i politely told her where to stick it, as did the cop, who was surprisingly pro 2A. But that's how it will go down. Some idiot gets their panties in a was and you lose your rights. Even if you've never done a damn thing wrong. Sad times we live in.

Absolutely, that's my concern also...you do nothing wrong yet you still lose your stuff / because an instant criminal..Really!
