What say you 10mm aficionados any first hand experience with this bullet on deer?

I am having really good accuracy in all my guns with this bullet. Love the velocity and accuracy so I was thinking it might be worth a try.

Sorry.  I don't have any personal experience with the bullet on game but it does fly straight, true and very fast in my guns.  It's reputation is for excellent penetration.  More than you might expect for it weight.  I would use it in a heartbeat.

180 Grains

I use the 180 gr XTP on pigs. The 155 XTP will do the job.

Took a whitetail two years ago with an Underwood 180gr XTP from the G20, so would think with proper placement, the 155 would do fine. If you find that the 180, or 200gr XTP is close to the 155's accuracy, I would personally go with the 180
Thanks

One my issues is exactly that the 155 are that much better than the 200 or the 180 grain. Thanks guys I appreciate the feedback. My shots will be 50 yards or under and broadside or slightly quartering away. I am going to run the 155 we will see how it works.

You could also look at the following Underwood offering / accuracy  https://www.underwoodammo.com/collections/handgun-ammo/products/10mm-auto-150-grain-xtreme-hunter?variant=18785698906169

This round offers:

A permanent wound cavity (PWC) that is 2 times greater than any expanding bullet
Reduced recoil
CNC machined from solid copper to overcome barriers for consistent penetration
Radial flutes that force the hydraulic energy outward due to massive pressure differentials
Optimized frontal surface area with barrier breaking edges to that increase the force at the point of contact that effortlessly defeat even the toughest of obstacles.
Specially designed geometry to carry the wound cavity deeper into the target than the XD, and larger than the XP.

There is nothing magical about the 10mm cartridge. Whether you use it for self-defense or hunting, it can be as effective as any other cartridge.
My wife and the grandkids do the deer hunting in our house. The wife has used a 6mm Remington and 80 or 85 grain bullets for years to harvest mulies and whitetails, my oldest grand-daughter shoots a .22-250 and even lighter bullets with 100% success over the last 10 or so years.
I hunted with a .357 Maximum for a several years with great success. My go-to load was a 158 grain XTP  going about 1675 fps from my Contender. It always worked great, until the time it didn't. I had tracked a big muley doe for 3 hours before I got within pistol range. At a lasered 72 yards it was an easy shot, but there was just enough wind to drift the bullet into the shoulder.
That the bullet failed we knew immediately. My brother dropped the deer with his .243 before it disappeared into heavier brush. When we field dressed the deer we found the bullet pieces throughout the shoulder. Yes, it completely disintegrated.
I immediately changed to the 180 grain XTP. I don't hunt deer any more but I use this load on pronghorn and haven't had a bullet failure since. I use the same gun for elk hunts with a 200 grain WFN-GC- another winning bullet.
The 155 grain XTP should work just fine for deer if you use good hunting practices- mind your distance, place your shot where it needs to go, don't hesitate to fire a follow-up shot. I've never used the 155 but I know the 200 grain version works great. I like heavy-for-caliber bullets for handgun hunting. I hope this works better for you than it did for me.
Be sure to give us an update on how the hunt turned out.

As woods_walker put it, in short, I totally agree, placement is paramount, and I agree as well with the concept...Heavier  bullets in the given caliber excel, sure with pinpoint accuracy, you can take them down with less, but why go there, strictly my own opinion

Thanks guys I will use the 155 grain XTP and I will use it within my limits and the guns limits. This load using AA9 is really accurate. Today I shot 100 rounds through 7 different 10mm. I set up at 50 yards the liar performed with great accuracy from all the guns. Yup broadside shots I have taken well over 150 deer in my lifetime. I use solid stalking and know deer behavior. I appreciate the feedback.

Best of success Ramjet, you'll do awesome again this season

Thanks Ken I really am trying to simplify and for some reason this load shoots fantastic in all my guns. Rifles and handguns. I don't need it for elk I have a 41 GNR and a 460 S&W for that and a GNR Encore 375 #2. So this is strictly SD, deer and varmit hunting. Cameras are out we will see how the season goes. Thanks again for all the input guys.

My whitetail kills always seem to venture in close to my ground blind, 10-20 yards on an average,  and yes the blind is in position 3-4 weeks in advance...The best success for you my Friend : )
