I'm looking for load data for an accurate load using Hornady HAP 180 grain bullets. All I'm concerned with is accuracy, I don't care what the velocity is. Powders I have on hand: Longshot, AA#9, AA#7, BlueDot and Power Pistol. Also what primers are you using? Thanks in advance.

Hand weighed load of 10.4 grains Blue Dot are spot on, CCI 300 LPP, COL 1.2500"
Power Pistol is also good using 8.4 grains!
The "10mm" I'm Packin', Has The Bullets Wackin', Smakin' & The Slide is Rackin' & Jackin'!

10.4gr of BlueDot seems to be an accurate load with just about any 180gr bullets. I just loaded up some Berry's 180gr target HPs at 1.255" to test out my new XDm. Ditto on the Power Pistol, although you can also crank up the speed and still have a pretty accurate load.

There's a thread about this here and the 10.4gr BD load was the clear favorite of many members loading for accuracy.

Evening,
As stated by the others, 10.4gr's of Blue Dot under a 180gr XTP or HAP offers phenomenal accuracy, and is my favorite less than nuclear load
Thanks

Thanks to all I'll be loading tomorrow test on Wednesday. I imagine XTPs will shoot about the same. I ordered 1900 rounds from Grafs will probably see them next week. BTW they have a sale going on now for the 180 grain HAP bullet. Thanks for the information guys.
