This MAGTECH powder (a flatten ball powder) is very close to Hodgdon LongShot by weight and velocity yield.
I haven't been able to find any info for the MAGTECH powders or loading data as such as they are not even offered as a canister offering.

I'd sure like to know what powder they are using. These are one of the few hot loads my DI AR likes.

I've always liked MAGTECH. Ain't no powder puff load and it USED to be affordable.

Using Magtech or Armscor 180gr FMJ bullets w/9.3gr of Longshot, my DI AR runs like a champ. My only issues are mag related.

1230fps for a 180gr bullet isn't really a hot load, it's the beginning of hot. I don't want to hijack this thread. PM me, if you like, and I'd be happy to share what runs in my DI AR using other bullets, powders, etc. Not surprising hint, it's always near the top end.

When I said "hot", I meant in comparison to other factory range loads. Armscor comes to mind.

I'll take you word for it. I don't think I've ever fired Armscor factory ammo in 10mm. I would add Hornady to that list, as well. It won't reliably cycle my 10mm DI AR. American Eagle comes up a little short, too.
