I use a Blackhawk for a G-20 for my G-40. I wear it for in the field, the woods, the swamp, the swail, I'm glad it fits and draws so easily.

For any new holster my first consideration is that the belt loops are not too wide apart to fit into the best holster accessory I have found.  The Simply Rugged adapter allows chest carry with ALL of your holsters.  Yes I had the Kenai and loved it but this rig is just too flexible.

I ordered this a couple weeks ago.  https://www.jmcustomkydex.com/p/OWB.html
Quite a wait for Kydex but I've read that its worth it.

For what its worth it is extremely easy to make your own Kydex holster. Material is inexpensive and you can customize to your herts content.

Ordered a KTech for the Glock 40. Will report.

Not kydex, but I like these.

On Amazon. I think they're primarily airsoft or paintball gear, but the material and stitching are solid. I bought four for various pistols I hadn't found holsters for. All have lights attached, and this option works well for all of them. You can position the depth strap to index off the slide or the light attached. Adjusting for fit is trivial. There's a button first level retention with another velcro strap that raps back over for really good OWB security.

What's in a name?

The molle straps can be threaded on the back such that there's about 2" of captured strap as a belt loop, which works fine with a good belt. Weighs 4.7 oz.

Pictured is a G20 with an Olight PL-Pro Valkyrie. Since the depth strap can be oriented low at the light, it also fits my G40 just fine. I think this would also be a good holster for suppressor-equipped pistols if the suppressor isn't too large diameter.

Because of the post image size limit, here's another pic.

For completeness, here it is set up for the G40.

I bought a Alaskan Guides holster from Double Diamond (think that was maker) lil costly but awesome product. Fits my G29,20&40 but W/O optics. I need to contact them to see if they can modify this holster.

I picked up a std Glock size Kenai chest rig as well so thats another option (if I buy new optic comp holster)

I like both Kenai is lighter but little more restricting. Diamond has comfort hands down plus multiple ways to "sling" it.

Lastly I have a Hill People Kit bag. This is also very comfortable and good for the "considerate" person so as not the scare the snow flakes. But is real nice if you ride with a passenger. Bike/horse/quad

This is it, it's called a Ronin. It's pretty comfortable, possibly more comfortable than any other holster I've ever owned. It's also FAST and uses only friction for retention. My Ronin is one ordered off the fast delivery page, and I think I ordered it on a Thursday or so and had it by Monday.

The only other holsters I have for my G20 are the Glock Sport/Combat holster, which is actually pretty good especially for less than $20, and one of hoe Phalanx "It fits 150 guns" items...

And.... I can't figure out how to insert an image...
