Any thoughts on the XDm 3.8” 9mm

Because I have several full-size pistols, I'm considering trading my XDm 4.5 - 9mm for the same in a 3.8 compact. Other than the reduction in capacity, are there any other losses in overall performance I should consider? This will be a short range weapon, so I'm not really concerned with sight radios

I have an XDS in 45 and two Glock 43.

Now this may not interest you but I recently purchased a Bond Arms BullPup and it is without doubt my favorite compact carry gun. One has to shoot it to believe it but it has replaced all my other sub compact deep CCW. Reliable accurate and anyone can rack the slide anyone it's easy. Expensive yes but worth money....
