They really need to fix these internal issues fast

All part of the game >:(

We dump wheel barrows full of cash to NRA (to lobby for our rights)

They dump wheel barrows full of cash to the other side (to lobby against our rights)

We end up poor.  The Deep State ends up with the power, and the more they can divide us, the more power they get.

Learn your rights.  Be willing to stand on your own two feet and defend your rights.  Sue ANYONE that infringes (common law trespass) on those rights.  They cannot do that, unless of course, you let them.

Not another nickel from me until they can LaPierre WITHOUT a golden parachute and get rid of the corruption. Doesn't seem likely this lifetime as most of the directors seem to be complicit. We most definitely need NRA but not the current corrupt version that treats its members as little more than objects of its continuous demands for money and more money. At least that's how I see it.

Up until now, I have been trying to keep an open mind regarding the NRA's recent blunders. After reading today's article about how the average employee is treated, as well as their meager compensation, crappy benefits, and fear of retribution if they rock the boat, it has given me a really bad taste

It's sick that I find myself looking at the NRA the way I do a political election...voting for the best bad option vs something I favor.  I HATE their incessant fear-mongering, like gun owners are Pavlovian puppets.  I get it, the antis won't stop.  Quit the superlatives.  My extra $$ don't help if Wayne spends them on clothes in Beverly Hills.  I keep my membership current as it is required to compete but that's about it.  I am really concerned about their legitimacy as an organization to support our rights.  Charlton Heston would turn over in his grave...

I'm out.  I was determined to stay well clear of the organization when they put a clown like Ollie North in that position.  I'm not a fan of the CIA and North was part of that cabal.  At least he's out.

Here is what I know and I know that I know.  If the enemies of the second amendment can find a way to kill the NRA from within then... no matter what... the second amendment takes a giant hit and our enemies become much stronger.  I don't know how screwed up the NRA is but I know enough to take NOTHING at face value.  Look at all the hit pieces done on Trump in the last couple years. How much of that is truth? No doubt the NRA has done and is doing stupid things (as if that would make them special).  But the louder our enemies curse the NRA the more I see them as important.  I doubt the GOA could last 10 minutes if they had to put up with the vile hatred the NRA does.

I do not not know how bad the NRA is.  All I know is the enemies of freedom and our way of life would like nothing better than for the NRA's own members to kill it.  I will not be taken as a fool.  I will not believe all the vile crap.  I will still donate.  I will still push for NRA's cleaning house.  But I will not shoot myself in the foot by listening to one sided accusations.   We have problems but self destruction is only the answer our enemies seek.
