Possible Glock 30sf / gen 3 to 10mm conversation issues

Greetings,
I'm looking into a Glock 30sf / gen 3 to 10mm conversation. I would assume this has been discussed, but was unable to find anything. On some of the other forums, a KKM conversation barrel / different mag were all that was needed. As for the factory G30 extractor and  guide rod spring setup, some are saying they are fine, yet others are saying absolutely not, they will not function reliably...Thoughts?

For personal defensive carry, the standard rules apply several hundred rounds malfunction free.  Do not be surprised if the 45 ACP extractor doesn't deliver either.

IMHO, 45 ACP is not enough behind 10mm in the personal defense world to justify carrying a caliber conversion as a defensive gun.  Load up with 45 ACP gold dots and be well prepared.
