Ammo-wise I am personally partial to Underwood ... good bang for the buck, so to speak.

Welcome to the forum and the 10mm club.

At this point anything you can get under $50/100 rounds is a really good deal.  Underwood makes full power ammo at a good price.

You also might want to check out this thread in regards to finding instock ammo at a reasonable price.

Tommy64red, welcome to the forum and congrats with your G-20!  Underwood is the real deal for full power ammo...
You may want to give the new gun a work out before you start making changes, that way you'll get a feel for how it is working stock.  You'll always be able to make changes as time goes on.

Be sure to collect and inspect your brass to observe for any signs of problems..."SMILES", bulges, ejector rim issues, case mouth damages as some have been noted with new G-20's.

Good luck and enjoy the forum. ;D

Welcome!

Guns are like people, some like red heads others Blondes still others like women in general... My gun may love XYZ while joes will not keep them on a softball at 10 yards. Your gonna have to experiment to see.

Do a search and peruse the threads here, toms of good stories and knowledgable people that are easy to talk to.

Personally, I advise you to look I to reloading your own. ( If you dont already) Pick up a Lyman Manuel and do some reading.

As mentioned 10MM is expensive stuff! Everything now is tough to find to take what you can get! SAVE THE BRASS!!!  Even if you don't reload, guys here will buy it offsetting some of the ammo costs!

Best of luck,

What he said.  And Welcome to the forum!
Gun Control?  Oh yes, the theory that becoming a victim is somehow morally superior to defending yourself & your family.  Makes perfect sense.
