Those are my favorite plinking loads. Probably the cleanest shooting out there. The only thing I like better is Blazer Aluminum,  and I'm probably the minority on that.
Don't hate all of us Virginians. Not all of us voted for Ridiculous Ralph Blackface

Typically S&B is good stuff.

How is the brass quality on these for reloading purposes?

Fine for standard loads. I've not loaded any cooking hot, so unknown at the max load end.

Isn't the S&B brand generally considered to be virtually the same as Magtech?

Not the same, but owned by the same company CBC. Magtech is made in Brazil typically.

So, they aren't similar?
I know about the different plants.
Seems to me that their performance was considered  identical.
Please elaborate  on the differences.

Those are good questions. I don't know about 10mm in particular, but a few years ago the 9mm and .45ACP were different loads, different powders and velocities. 2019? The 10mm might be the same(?) they didn't make 10mm until recently.

terdog

Seems that I saw that the velocities were the same.

I usually run Magtech because I find better deals on it.

I believe that my last case was through SGAmmo. As I recall, it ended up being about $14 a box, shipped.

I won't need to buy more for awhile. A couple weeks ago, I meet a guy through a friend, that was moving across the country. He was selling all his guns/ammo.

Part of what I bought was 2K rnds of the LAXammo.

That is a GREAT price........let's just say in modern times, certain have not seen decent 10mm plinking ammo so cheap!! So thanks.

That said, this review is interesting:

QuoteAs usual great service from SGA. This ammo is more powerful than Armscor or American Eagle. However, I had 2 failure to feeds in my DW Bruin and one failed primer in the first box I shot. Also, it seemed to be noticeably dirtier than the aforementioned brands and Sellier & Bellot. Sellior & Bellot has been 100% reliable and cleaner than this. A friend of mine had the same issues through his S&W 1006.

I ordered some of that ammo. today it5 was delivered and when I opened the box, it was all in Magpul blue boxes instead of the green & brown S&B boxes. I didn't chrono any but I shot 3 boxes through my Witness and XDM and they were stout loads.

I haven't shot the ARMSCO ammo, but TRUESHOT has a 1200 rnd 'case" for $323 shipped.
Thats $13.45 p/50!
The velocity on it is rated at 1000 fps   :(
