Here is something new from Ruger, Custom Shop Guns.

I like the idea!

Ruger tends to execute well.  These should be top notch firearms.  Too bad they aren't offering some caliber options.  Hopefully that will come with time as their custom shop matures.

Took a good look considering I'm on the hunt for a 9mm that will put a smile on my face. Really looking for a 1911 style with a 6 or 7" barrel long slide. The Ruger "looks" to be well made but then any maker of any product isn't going to show you their worst. Considering Ruger barrel quality is like hitting the lottery and the price of $2500.00 means I won't have one. Nice looking but nice looking doesn't make it a shooter. The stamp on the slide that says "competition" is like putting comp cam decals on a bicycle, any dumbass can do that. And then you have resale in 10 years, maybe. Doesn't matter if the gun shoots in the same hole at 25 yds, it's still just a common as lice, Ruger. Best of luck to them.
