Does anyone make/sell a captive 19 pound Glock recoil spring? I have a loose spring from Wolff, it works fine, but frankly is a PITA to install. TIA

Pablo, it is another reason I went non captive for my Glocks, I think those that are loose may actually be subject to early unlocking.
Here is a article I wrote a while back with measurements I took...

I think Pablo meant loose as in "on the loose" or non-captive.

But, The Shadow is spot on.  If you are using a captive recoil system, it needs to require some compression to install or there may be unresisted movement of the slide.

Yes. I understand all that. But I would like to try a captive 19# spring if one exists.

I don't know of one.   18 and 20 are all I can find.  Can you install the 19# in the existing RSA?

No. The wirey loose spring is a different animal.

But yes the original plan was to somehow capture the Wolff spring. Couldn't get there from here.
