Mech Tech email me and told me they would be in contact in about 60-90 days if I still wanted to order. From all I can find on these thy seem to be very reliable.

Thanks for ya'll comments.  I've got one for awhile now.  Absolutely no regrets.  I made a few mods to it, most important being the Angled Foregrip.  It lets my left arm support the front weight of the CCU while steadying my aim, not rested.  It's heavy and solid, in fact, I wouldn't recommend addition a lot of stuff to it.

I put a Magpul hook to the top rail, rear of the rail.  Attached a single point sling to it and it would balance nicely.  It's time to go hunt wild hogs!

I told the guys at my club that I got a 16" barrel and slide for my Glock20.  They'd look at me puzzled.... ;D

I've had one in .460 Rowland for a few years, in hindsight I wish I'd bought the 10mm version with a Glock lower.  It's on the heavy side, because the bolt is HUGE and all steel.  I am a fan of Scout Rifles so I ordered mine with a full-length rail on top, but with the scope out front it was so unbalanced I switched to a conventional 3x9 scope and it is far better that way.   The accuracy is very good but mine throws wild shots once in awhile, I'm still trying to sort that issue out.

A Glock lower holding 15 rounds of 10mm ammo would make for a SERIOUS pig-basher or Homeland Defense gun!
Anyone who actually believes Joe Biden got 81 Million votes is either delusional, an idiot, or a Democrat.  And likely all three.

Update. After waiting about 90 days I finally received my Mech-Tech. I haven't had time to shoot her yet. Family and work obligations have kept me busy these last few months. (one more kid out of College...woot-woot. No student loans).

My initial impression is this Unit is built very well and with high quality parts. It is a bit heavier than I imagined; but Stainless steel is heavy to begin with. Fit and finish is very good. This is (of course) 10MM.  Dropping some cases into the chamber shows very good case support. In fact, much better than I would imagine because all of the reviews I've read indicate that this unit feeds just about everything without issues. I did order an extra feed BLOCK. Get an extra and get the one with the magnetic button that holds the block in place while you fit the GLOCK frame into the unit.

FYI there is a great thread over at GLOCK TALK by ModGlock 17:

Here are some photos of mine. Here in Kalifornistan we have to use the fixed stock (UGLY) to keep the Overall Length more than 30 inches. Also we must install a 'bullet button' (shaved mag release) and run only 10 round magazines.  >:(

Be well.

Just judging from the pics the fit and finish looks really good and done well.

Looking forward to a range report.

If it ever becomes convenient I would love to hear about its 100 yard accuracy capabilities.
Gun Control?  Oh yes, the theory that becoming a victim is somehow morally superior to defending yourself & your family.  Makes perfect sense.

This is the current iteration of my .460 Rowland.  I haven't shot mine past 50 yards yet, but with the ammo it likes (Hornady XTP's going pretty fast) it's good for an inch at 50 yards.

Seems quite good.  Handloads or factory rounds?

Handloads only, generally with Hodgdon's Longshot, the best powder (IMHO) for the .460.  I'd like to find some factory 460 locally, but I might have to take out a loan to afford it!  ::)
