To the contrary... I just read a report where he died with NO smoke in his lungs...  Single GSW to the head... All reports are it LOOKS like suicide.

Body's don't burn up completely in house fires.  Cremation takes a lot of natural gas to reduce a corpse to ashes, and that is after is usually after it has had much of the natural fluids removed.  In addition, cremation takes 2-2.5 hours at 1800 degrees F.  Most house fires top out at 1000 degrees, and are only at that peak temp for 30-45 minutes.

It would be far more disturbing for their to have been no remains to perform this type of forensic analysis on...That would have indicated the intentional use of an accelerant on the body for an extending period of time.
