Makes no sense!  Murder/homicide of a U.S. citizen by a U.S. citizen, not in the U.S., is a crime, and punishable by a U.S. court.  What authority relieves the administration and the military of this?  How can a death warrant be issued on a U.S. citizen, absent due process?  Being killed incident to war in a theater of war is far from executing an individual by order of the government.  Just more D.C. double speak, methinks....

10-4 on the vets.A solicitation posted yesterday on the Fed Bid website details how the bullets are required for DHS Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Artesia,New Mexico.The solicitation asks for 10 million 165 gr .40 cal jhp,10 million 9mm 115 gr jhp,1.6 million 9mm fmj,s.1.6 billion bullets have been obtained over the course of the last 10 months alone.They continue to add folks.Right now,every 1.5 seconds an American is purchasing a gun.
