Well I was set on trying to get the VLTOR remake of the Bren Ten in a "Vice Model" @ $1300+ with money on deposit for 355 days. Those who followed that story know it never happened and probably will not ever! Thanks for nothing VLTOR! ${$default_angry_smiley}$ I had that money returned and still saving it just in case...

Knowing I had a weakness looking for yet another 10mm...I was saving some other money up to get a G-20 gen4...

I thought I'd have never gotten a Bren Ten especially at the prices they are going for these days. This one happened to be close by and I communicated with the guy who owned it on an other forum when he posted pictures. I teased him about going over to see it, fondle it and possibly shoot it, however that never happened. Well he ups and posted it for sale, I happened to be in the right place at the right time with some money in hand! I did not hesitate and contacted him immediately for a possible sale and the deal was sealed! So instead of a reproduction Vaporware, I wound up with the real deal!

Nice. Glad you had your head up when that one came flying by--I'm sure this wasn't one where you could sit around and think it over for a few days. Here, it's bitter cold outside and I needed something to do besides work, so I flattened the trigger face and removed the goofy trigger safety thingie. Man I love JB Weld--it's a miracle in a tube. ${$default_cheesy_smiley}$

Anyway, with the glockworx spring and connector kit and this tweak, this thing is feeling mighty sweet now

Feels like a trigger now and not a sausage grinder, and I never considered these trigger safeties served any practical purpose so it won't be missed. A few minutes, and the gun can be back into stock configuration should that be needed for an IDPA match, etc.
