Someone just pointed out in the CMP forums that the law as written would make an M1 Garand out of bounds in New York.  Semi-auto, has a bayonet lug and takes an 8rd clip.

Also, covered would be the 1903/a3 "Air Service" Springfields from WW1.  There were only 910 of these made, but they had a 25 round magazine fixed magazine.

These idiots would have us chop and destroy the relics of our national heritage.

Utah sounds nice. How is construction there? Im a ironworker I build bridges and buildings.

Generally busy in along the Wasatch front (Brigham City in the North to Santaquin in the south, about 120 miles, Salt Lake City is about the middle).  Mountains mean lots of bridges and a growing technology sector means lots of office buildings.  Adobe just finished a big one right in front of Cabella's in Lehi, Utah.

Real estate can be on the pricey side.  Generally looking at about $100/sq ft in the typical metro areas.  Further from Salt Lake you are, it gets better.  I don't know how that compares to New York.  It is quite high compared to where I lived in Indiana before moving here.
