Other than Glock, are there any other 10mm pistol manufacturers that come with unsupported factory barrels?
Thanks

This is just internet FUD.

All tilt locking pistols, and most other pistol designs, do not truly have a fully supported case.  There is some relief at the rear bottom of the chamber to facilitate feeding.

Glock had some issues in the late 90's with guns chambered in 40 S&W.  It was a combination of generous feed relief and weak brass which resulted in kabooms.  Glock altered it's specs before the '90's were over, and ammo makers adopted brass with a stronger web.

As far as I know, Glock 10mm handguns were never seriously impacted by this, though Glock did tighten chambers across the board when it addressed the issues in the 40 S&W guns.

The least supported 10mm pistol today would probably be the Colt Delta Elite.  But this is speaking in the absolute sense.  The Delta Elite has fine case head support for 10mm ammo loaded to SAAMI spec.

Other guns may have chambers which measure smaller, but they are not necessarily better or more supported.

So my G20 with a KKM aftermarket barrel, as well as the RIA Ultra would be considered fully supported for all practical purposes, yes?

In my 10mm 1911, I'm using an aftermarket, unsupported barrel. So far, no issues with the case support when using full power Underwood loads.

nope no blow outs. but brass definitely needs to be passed through the lee bulge buster. and thats not safe for real 10mm rounds. look for cutaway brass pics of bulged brass b4 and after sizer. :P

Bulging brass can also be a symptom of not enough buffer mass on a blowback gun.  If the buffer is too light the chamber can open before pressures drops to safe levels, essentially extracting the brass too soon.
