Is this possible? No one I know owns a Witness and I rarely see them in gun shops/shows. Thus I have no experience with them. Might be a stupid question. Seems like it would be a serious competitor for the G40 and lighter to lug around than a 6" 1911. So, can a Hunter slide fit on a P Match frame?

You would be better served (and not much more) to just get the Hunter and run it.

Thanks, I appreciate your opinion, but would it fit and run?

No idea. I would phone EAA up and ask.

Well that worked better than I thought it would. Talked to a human after about 30 seconds of waiting. I was told a 6" Hunter 10mm conversion kit would fit and function on a P Match frame. Also told they rarely see conversion kits for Hunters and can't get enough P Match 10mm to meet demand. Customer Service Rep actually encouraged me to email Tanfoglio direct and  express an interest in a 6" P Match.

Anybody speak italian?

Spanish...Poorly.  Back when I was fluent in Spanish I could understand Itailian.

None of which helps you now!

That describes me, too  :)) I actually did a summer semester at the Universidad Salamanca, in Spain. Learned how to think in Spanish and to hold my liquor! Both were pretty useful to 18 year old me. At least I held on to the latter :)

As a mormon missionary, there was precious little drinking involved in my spanish!  Sounds like I missed out.

Maybe not! All the Mormon Missionaries I see do a lot of biking. Maybe you got some good cardio as a bonus? :D

I did do some biking, but it was by choice.  I was assigned as a spanish speaking missionary in a state-side mission.  The english speaking missionaries had relatively small areas of service, but the spanish speaking missionaries would cover very large areas.  As a result, we always had a car.  I liked biking, so we rode bikes whenever it was feasible.
