Any recommendations for a lighter / more crisp trigger for my G20 gen 4? This is primarily for hunting and range time
Thanks

I have dry fired a few ZEV triggers that I was pretty impressed with.  Cheap they are not.

I also grabbed a 3.5lb connecter.  It did reduce the break weight of the trigger a bunch, but I thought it felt way too mushy.  I went back to a 5lb connector that I had polished to the point I could use it to shave.  Or course, I don't shave, so I don't need much of a mirror  :P

Yep, ZEV are way nice, a bit rich for my blood right now, Thanks

Striker spring weight has a very large effect on trigger weight... It also effects reliability.  If this is a fun/target gun. But a set of springs in varying weights and experiment.

I do not recommend lightening on a defensive Pistol for obvious reasons.

Nope, would not carry the G20 if I messed with the trigger

Zev Trigger.   Completely changed how I felt about my Glock 20sf.   Went from meh...  to wow.

I've heard that pyramid triggers from the glock store are pretty good too.

Save your money. I have a few zev triggers. Now i just replace the trigger shoe to a flat face and install a 3.5 ghost kit. You get a good as you can get trigger and save a hundred bucks. Her is two I have done recently.

I bought a ZEV Ultimate and was hugely disappointed in it.

CMC trigger feels better to me.

I have installed an Overwatch Polymer DAT trigger in a Glock 22 with a Ghost Evo Elite connector and it seems like a nice combo.  The trigger shoe has a flat face that won't burn like some aluminum triggers can and the trigger bar comes polished, one less thing to do.  The connector has an over travel tab that you have to file to fit which is nice.  All together it's less than $100 for that combo.  The pull is light and smooth but a bit long.

I have a large frame version of the Polymer DAT for my 21 and I'll probably try a different connector with it but might go for another Evo Elite if a 5 lb connector doesn't shorten the pull.

By the way, the Polymer DAT that I installed has kept all of the safeties functional on my 22.

Im nOt one for relying on parts swaps to shoot better...  :o

Simply practice more.

BUT, I bought a used G35 couple years ago. It came with a box of baggies and instruction cards. The gun was decked out with ZEV PARTS. IT HAD THE NICEST Glock Trigger I have ever shot. I actually found it too Light and heavied it up!!
