Not sure if some of you know or not, but the DE load didn't go away. They just took the title off because it was confusing a lot of people. They still have a Nosler 180 loaded to 1240 fps. Gold Dots have become so hard for them to get, the ones they have, they load to 1300. Justin assures me the Nosler has great performance in gel even through heavy denim.

Here is the Delta Elite load.

Thank you for the post.  I thought the DE load had gone away.  It is/was a nice load.  Much  more friendly in the G29 than the fire breathers.

You're very welcome! I was hoping to help those whom thought it was gone.

Excellent information, thank you. I have really liked the new Colt (Double Tap) 10mm line as well.

I used to be a big Double Tap fan. But these days, Mike's ammo is coming up short of advertised numbers. Sometimes 100+ fps.

The only thing that I can really speak to currently is the Colt 10mm, and it's been spot on this far. I guess that Colt made them jump through some hoops for it, and it isn't posted as warm as his other stuff. Basing this off of 100 rounds so far.

I just tested Reed's 180gr Gold Dot and it's about an identical equal to Underwood's DE load. It's around $33.00 for a box of 50.

Thanks! I'm reconsidering Gold Dots. I've carried them for as long as I've had a handgun. My 10mm is the only thing I haven't just been able to pick up Gold Dots for.

Could you chrono them from a 29 by chance?

No Glocks  ;D

I think someone can give the loss to that barrel length. I will say they use #9 powder and it's about as safe as you can get.

Two pieces of plastic right now. I haven't totally written them off and understand where they shine in carry weight.
