I googled Chuck Warner Gunsmith and the results were discouraging. Lots of folks singing praises for his work and lots saying he took a lot of their money and disappeared.

I am still on the list just getting more discouraged with each passing month. There is talk of late that his outside distractions have been taking care of and there is a manufacture to bring it to market. We shall see.

In any case I did pick up some magazines just in case. If not in a CSP they will go in a Tangfoglio next year.

I paid for one of the new Auto Mags with a promise of delivery in 90 days.  It ended up being 3 years and 90 days.

I talked to the owner himself regularly and decided to stay with him, most asked for refunds and received them promptly.  I was rewarded with the first two shipped from the new production facility.

I ordered one of the Laugo Aliens with a promise of delivery in 80 to 100 days.  I picked it up last week, one week shot of a year.

I have a lot of Brens too and I looked at the CSP.  Decided it looked too risky and stayed away.  Good luck.

What is your impression of the Laugo Aliens?

As far as the Laugo Alien goes, the weather has been horrible here and I have not had a chance to shoot it.  Everything is ice and cold.

The fit and finish if very good though and it is the most unique firearm design I have seen since the Glock came out.

I have talked to several who have shot them and they are very pleased with their purchase.  They are still bringing between $9k and $12k on the secondary market.

Hey-a Beemer, Looks to be an amazing pistol, for sure give us an up date when the weather breaks. -12 with a neg 35wind chill expected tonight in MN, I totally feel your pain 😊

Super Bowl Sunday started at -18 degrees.

-4 at kickoff.

There is 12" to 15" of snow is all but we got a 1/2" of rain on top of that and turned everything to ice.  It is so hard and slick I can walk on top of it.  Now we get about an 1" or 2" of snow every day on top of the ice.

Highs are not expected of above 10 degrees for at least 7 to 10 days.

Where in the country (generally) are you located? Sounds like frigen Minnesota, we are lookin at -10 to 20 below plus big windchills for another week. If my wife didn't have so much family in the area we'd move in a heartbeat 😊
