The Official story doesn't add up with me either.  Just my opinion. Now I will get back to choosing my 10 carry ammo. :(

Sorry, but Jon Stewart never informed me of anything but the mindless drivel of snarky leftists.

Not trying to start something but:

  • What kind of person could do something like this, with no apparent previous record or motive?  I could easily understand terrorism, but that's apparently not it
  • How could the hotel not notice someone carrying in, what, 23+ rifles???
  • How did he break the windows to shoot and no one notice or hear?
  • No motive yet at all???
I don't have any answers but this is just not making any sense for me.

1: A crazy person, why do you need any further explanation?
2: One at a time, no problem.
3: Vegas Rooms are pretty soundproof. So you won't hear it in the hotel outside of his room. Outside you have a live concert going. The music could cover any noise of the glass breaking.
4: See #1 above. Crazy people don't NEED a motive. On the flip side, he did have all that Antifa literature, and Antifa seems to be working up to armed rebellion.

It always gets me when people just can't rationalize crazy people doing crazy things. And then they start up all these conspiracy theories trying to rationalize it somehow, anyhow. And the best conspiracies are hard to disprove because it's hard to prove a negative. They just don't want to think loonies are walking among us.

I really don't care if these fruitloops want to commit suicide and go straight to Hell, but why do they always seem to want to bring an honor guard with them?
Some people think I'm paranoid because I have so many guns. With all my guns, what do I have to be paranoid about?

These four answers may well be correct BUT a crazy person generally does not just become crazy in an instant but has some kind of history that is indicative. There are also lots of other "facts" coming out that may displace the official explanation - or not. Something like the fog of war always seems to surround events such as this. We may know all there is to know that is important or much of it may be lies. I don't see how anyone can tell at this point.

There have been a lot of movies/shows filmed in Las Vegas - especially crime/shooting movies. Some people may have thought they were filming a movie. It would have crossed my mind if I was there.

I believe the essential problem is that many of us trust absolutely nothing coming from the government. If they'll lie sometimes then it's impossible to tell when they are and when they are not. So, as a result of the government's own perfidy, everything coming from it at any level is presumed to be dishonest - and probably is. Once trust is lost it's all but impossible to regain.

If it's as bad as that then you should just stop watching any TV, radio, or internet news at all. Since, according to you it's all lies and no truth. Heck, even the weather reporting is suspect. Maybe "the government" is controlling the weather and purposely caused all the hurricanes and the wildfire and winds in California. :o We should all just recede from society and move into caves and avoid civilization at all because you can't trust anyone. When a traffic light turns from red to green you should just ignore it because that sinister organization.... "the government" installed those traffic lights and the green light might be a lie and it's actually showing "green" for all incoming/crossing lanes of traffic.

You're creating your own comment to answer rather than answering mine. There is a huge difference between "If they'll lie sometimes then it's impossible to tell when they are and when they are not" and your version "Since, according to you it's all lies . . . " No, it's not all lies but it is impossible to tell. Presumably your own position is that it's all true and we should believe it. I have no problem at all with your believing that. It does bespeak a certain level of sophistication, of course, but to each his own.
