I'm a fan of Underwood and I reload.  I recently bought a box of 220gr Lead 10mm, but I haven't shot it yet
I also have a box of 220gr lead in 10mm Ultimate (40 Super) coming.

was impressed with the large cavity in the first block left by the HC bullet --larger than I expected --- I can't hear audio on my work computer, did he say what the velocity of each round was???

the 200gr xtp retained much more weight than the 180 did and had a similar 1st block cavity -- it impressed me more than I expected, the extra penetration was expected with the heavier weight than the 180

that little 115 grain impressed me more than I thought it would --- the 140 was no slouch but I'd rater shoot one of the other bullets ---- I wonder how those EP bullets do at further range where the speed has dropped a little as it seems they use the speed to impart the cavity upon the block

I agree.  Interesting video.  Being very old school I'm a fan of the heavy cast lead load.  At least for things that need it.  Was impressed with how well the Gold Dot held together but a bit surprised the 200gr XTP did not do a little better.  And still being old school, have trouble liking the Lehigh bullets but cannot deny they did very well. 

I honestly do not know how a clay medium translates into the real world but a good interesting test none the less.  Thank you for the link.

Clay media give you a visual idea of the temporaryvwound channel but since it is more dense than gel it does not give good representation of penetration or permanent wound channel

Did enjoy the video and I figured the 220gr hc would do the best! It gotme to thinking that a heavy constructed 210-215gr hollow point would be idea, something that would perform well from 900-1400fps if you can get it moving that fast. I know reload for self-defense are considered a no no but if its all you have oh well. For hunting a well placed shot is important but for hogs you need to get deep inside to anchor them. Clay is sa hard medium but does help to understand the performance of a bullet.

This video reminds me of the gun rags back in the 80's. Seems like every issue had pics of clay blocks or blocks of soap that were shot with various projectiles.
