So Cleankoala, are you in CA where open carry unloaded is legal ?   And unloaded is the only way you can carry ?

I'm trying to fiqure out how the LEO knew you were carrying and why would you be carrying unloaded ?

I'm in CA where carrying a handgun is generally illegal without a CCW which is generally impossible to get. No 2A in CA
