Rock Island TAC Ultra FS

Got mine a week ago.  Put about 200 rounds through it.  This is my first 1911, and to this point had no burning desire for one.

Holy smokes!  It shoots great. The recoil with factory Armscor and my 1300fps reload is very docile.

I did get some 9rd mags off eBay that work well.  Also have a couple extra factory mags coming thanks to the $50 rebate.


Anyone else have one of these?

I have the 5". My 6" is covered by my Fusion Firearms 10mm, which I got long before Armscor made one.
