Wich would be the best round for hunting deer and hogs. Underwood 200grn lead cast, 200grn xtp hollow point or the 180grn speer bonded hollow point. Will be hunting with my glock 40 mos. 10mm.

All three are decent options and would be effective if you do your part and put the bullet where it needs to go.  The 200gr wfn hardcast will give you about 3 feet of penetration (in ballistics gel), with maybe 1" diameter permanent would channel.  Hardcast good option for big tusker like the one you took last time but not best choice for a deer.
Of the choices you listed my order of preference for deer: 200gr XTP, 180gr Gold Dot, 200gr wfn hardcast.
You might also consider Buffalo Bore or Double Tap 155 TAC-XP for all around hunting option too.  Examples of a hunter using it in 10mm to take Nilgai, Elk, Boar, Whitetail can be found,
You also might consider 180gr Federal Trophy Bonded JSP.  It would be excellent hunting choice out of your Glock 40.
