Just ordered another 40 to build since my current one is going to my buddy who couldn't live without it.  While ordering parts for it there seems to be no one making the extended or threaded barrels in 9x25 dillon.
Anyone have any suggestions?    Previous one was a lwd but it seems like they are transitioning to the alpha wolf line and no extended or threaded dillon barrels. Kinda makes me happy I have spares for my 20s. Is anyone still chambering these or possibly 38 super I could rechamber? I love the 10 but really enjoy the dillon if you can't tell lol

Yes, LWD seems to have dropped the LWD extended barrels line as they transition to the Alpha Wolf line.  I have been asking for the 357Sig 6.02" and none to be had.  I was tempted to get the 9mm and ream it to 357Sig...

So my spare barrels are both extended 2 port for the 20, so can I machine out the top of the 40 slide and make kinda a 40c?

Seems like I read 20 top end and 40 top end are not swappable.  That would make me think a 20 barrel won't work on a 40.

They absolutely ARE swappable. Even the recoil springs are the same. Glock made the slide on 40 to fit 20 assembly.
Have both.

Thanks for clarifying.  Not sure what I am remembering.

Yeah the first thing I did when i bought my original one was to put the 40 slide on my lower that I have set up just the way I like. Too much effort to redo the grip contours (tried on my last 40 but never felt the same). So no ideas about who would make a 9x25 barrel?     Anyone know the slide weight differences between a 20 and 20c?
