12 Gauge 2 3/4 buckshot

I'm just wondering what loads you guys have developed for 2 3/4 buckshot?

Yep I have loaded 1 1/4 oz loads of #6 shot for ducks over the years with Blue Dot with great success till they banned the lead,

More recently I have loaded some #4 Buck and #00 Buck and even slugs which has been good with Blue Dot.

Here is my data tested from 20" slug barrel
12 Gauge 2 ¾" #00 Buck Shot Federal Plastic using Remington RP12 Wad
#00 - 10 BuckShot stacked two x two weight 1.1925 oz.
35.0 grains of Blue Dot
Winchester 209 primer
Velocity was 1080 fps  (if I were to use fillers I'd likely see better velocities)

Federal Plastic using Remington RP12 Wad
Duplex load 00 Buck and #4Buck
35.0 grains Blue Dot
Velocity was 1250 fps

Federal Plastic using Remington RP12 Wad
#4 Buckshot
35.0 grains Blue Dot
Velocity was 1155 fps

I'm currently loading  gun club hulls  win 209 primers  33 gr bluedot  waa12r wad 12 pellets of #0 buck. 3 pellets stacked 4 high.1 3/8 ounce load.Wish I had a chrono.

I could probably do better by cutting the petals off and back filling with filler, and stack 3 #00 x 4, they were designed to stack by 3 without wad.  I did like the duplex loading and need to play with the pellet arrangements.  The tighter the stack the better the pressure will increase velocities.   BTW I'm working with stuff I had left over from years long past...

I cut the petals off of the waa12r wad.Load #00 buck by 3's  stacked 4 high.Thats the only way I can get .33 dia #00 buck to load without dimpling the hull up too much.It's a 1 1/2 ounce load.They feed great in my semi-auto.
