Best aftermarket spring setup for G20 gen4?

My favorite load is 10.8 Longshot under a 165 GDHP. I do shoot factory S&B and Armscorp 180 grain.
I want to slow down the slide velocity but still be able to RELIABLY cycle factory 180's.
What's my best option.

I use the 24 pound RSA from Glockmeister.

The Gen 4 adapter is built right into. Just drop in the assembly and shoot.
