Yea, the 115 Ex-Star & the 124 FMJ they are using the same powder.  Its what seems to be WSF powder, but these foreign companies may have their powders tailored to their own specifications with or without deterrents or flash retardants.
The IMI company although not stated, probably makes their own powders but they may also import powders for the needs.

Just like the sheer amount of 9mm ammo, there are so many powders available to work with the 9mm cartridge.

these 4 companies, Magtech, CBC, Sellier & Bellot and MEN comprise the CBC Ammo Group. That pretty white looking Magtech powder, proprietary to Magtech, (not sold to the public, even though the sell primers and bullet and brass) that I have ever seen.  Based on the velocity and charge weights used, it tracks the Power Pistol powder performance.

The 9mm case has only so much room to work with and is why we see variations in seating depths with different bullet styles.
