Intercooler

The Brotherhood ammo gave pretty stable readings. I guess the two loadings make them similar over the Chronograph and I need to figure which one to put in the list (unless both will fit).

I had a feeling the Buffalo Bore would be more AutoComp.

When it comes to top end loadings, do you see any reason why AutoComp is used versus Long Shot? Supposedly Long Shot is a popular one for upper end 9mm.

Any idea on the Meplat for the sheet?

Added the MEPLAT: 0.2300"   :-[
Thanks for the reminder... :D

Looks great Pctechdude.  Thanks!  Appears to have the black sealer typical of Speer, CCI and Federal LE ammo.
I show in my notes that I did one of these and it had AutoComp powder http://10mm-firearms.com/factory-ammo-pull-downs/underwood-9mm-115gr-speer-gold-dot-jhp/msg20415/#msg20415

Shadow, that's why I tore two of these down just to see if they were the same. They indeed did have the black sealer, however not as much as the Speer 124gr +p I posted a while back. Those had a lot.

It's nice knowing the powder charges and which powders were in these, as I have at least 500 to 750 pulled 124 HST's. I may have to finally load them up for dispatch purposes :-)

I also wonder which powder gives more consistent velocities?

It is hard to say but the BE-86 would likely do well with the flash retardant.  I matched the UW 124 grain with AutoComp in his +P+ and it was dead on exact in the test... :D

Well today I ran an unscientific test lol, 5 factory 124 great HST +p and 3 of my own assembled 124 HST with be-86.

Factory HST
S&W M&P Shield 3.1" barrel
1143
1146
1155
1155
1140

To be honest I was shocked at the velocity for sub compact gun.

Handloaded HST
S&W M&P Shield 3.1" Barrel
1144
1157
1157

Ironically I have some 124gr gold dots loaded with 6.3gr be-86. Loaded to 1.120. in the shield it would bulge my brass where it was unsupported. I went and loaded some at 6.3gr again but seated them to the same depth as the HST @ 1.103 and not a single smile on my brass. I'm assuming that the longer cartridge was increasing the pressure due to shorter jump to the rifling?
