The Underwood GD 115gr had 7.0gr's. This has been scaled back?

The Nosler 115 grain bullet was 0.3545" they seem to run smaller in diameter less drag and maybe less accurate.
Other factors can be seated depth of the bullet to powder charge.

I have looked over a bunch of my data and picture files and I have nothing using that much powder with under 1200 fps. It is probably a proprietary powder. Still looking for possibilities! Closest powder visually was the stuff Fiocchi was using in their 9mm.
