3 dot sights

So today I was out shooting my Colt Delta Elite and on the very last shot I noticed that my right dot on the rear sight seem to have, should I dare say fallen out I could not belive it, are them white dots pressed in?? Has anyone had that happen to them?

Has not happened to me but I do know that Hoppes No.9 will damage them. So I am assuming that they are just some type of paint. Sounds like they did not get proper adhesion at the factory.

I had some white dots pop off/out. I just used some white epoxy and filled up the holes.

Yup common and as stated its just paint.

before re painting be sure to THOROUGHLY and COMPLETELY de-grease the depression.
