Up next the Witness Hunter

I have a Glock 40, and a Remington R1 long slide hunter. I had no intention of getting another long slide, but while at the range last week with my R1 hunter I got the chance to shoot an EAA witness match 10mm, and I was impressed. So much so I ordered the EAA witness hunter yesterday. Should I have 3 long slides? It's hard too justify for sure. If it shoots as good as the match, well then I will have a new favorite! I should have it next week. Range report when I get a chance to get back to the range. Counting my EDC Glock 29 I have 4 10mm pistols now. Clearly I have issue's.

I have been thinking about adding a Hunter to my collection of 10mm's. I have a standard full size steel and an Elite Match and like them both very much.

How do you like the R1 Longslide so far?

The Remington has been flawless so far. No hiccups after 300 rounds.

Love my Witness Hunter. It currently is at the gunsmith being converted to DA/SA.

The question is not should you have 3 longslides?... it's why shouldn't you??......can't take it with you

I shot the witness hunter today. I really like this gun. It is well made, shoots great, and it looks great. I do have one question for you guys that have a witness. Should I use a heavier recoil spring.? I was thinking a 20lb wolff spring might be better for the underwood ammo I use to hunt with. I would appreciate any insight you guys might have on the subject.

Your only issue is that you are not cognizant of the FACT that is short barrel 10mm is just a 40 S&W in effect ${$default_tongue_smiley}$ ${$default_laugh_smiley}$

Congrats on the Witness Hunter! I have one on order, I should have it in 10 days or so!
We need to get together on grips, threaded barrels, etc ${$default_wink_smiley}$ LMK if you have any leads, jbaker!

I will let you know for sure. I'm looking for grips now. You are going to love the Hunter. Of the three long slides I have it is my favorite. You have impeccable taste my friend.
