Would powder coated bullet be OK for a Glock pistol with factory barrel? I really like RMR bullets and have quite a few straight lead bullets, that I use in my non-Glock 10 mm pistols.

They also offer a powder coated version and I'm thinking about trying those.

Glock-40 and 20.

Yes.

Normal lead can be used as well as long as it's properly sized for the bore and of sufficient hardness. The only problem is when you get leading.  In a cut rifled bore, you first lose accuracy, stop shooting, and clean the crap out of the rifling.  in a polygonal bore, you just continue to reduce the bore diameter untill the pressures get to high and... bad things rapidly happen.

90% of the bullets shot in my Glock 20 are powdercoated.

I also run lots of powdercoated lead bullets in my Glock 20 and 29.
