Trump will be the 45th President, so you have to buy a 45.

I really like my 45-70 and had been thinking about a nickname for it.....  "The Trumper"   Might have a nice ring to it.

My DW special order Specialist 10mm Commander just arrived from DW today. Now that's a real gift to celebrate the historic news from yesterday's election results ;D.

You mean "The Donald." ;)

I'm trying to justify a DA revolver, probably in 357 mag.  Can't decide between Ruger or S&W.  Oh well, don't need one, just want one.

Do it. I managed to get my hands on a pre-lock 686-5 7-shot last week. It's very difficult to beat a good .357 for versatility and sheer fun.

The only way it would have been better is if it had been a 610.....

I put a Glock 29.3 into layaway on Tuesday, November 8th in the morning.  I was going to name it "Hillary", I have since decided to name it "The Donald".  A much more suitable name.

I am waiting for the Hearing Protection Act to pass and hopefully a bill will be written to remove SBR's from the NFA as well. Or is there one already written/drafted and waiting for President Elect Trump to be sworn in? True common sense gun laws will now be a reality :D

Mr. AR50

I've had my eye on a nice Witness Elite Match, in 10mm of course, over here at my LGS.  ::)

That's it, you pushed me over the edge, I bought a Henry All Weather 45-70 off gunbroker. Can't wait to get it in hand!

Hearing protection act stands a reasonable chance now, though if it hasn't made it through committee at this point, it likely honestly dead.

SBR's might be a bit more difficult to get going.

I just wish the hearing protection act would treat suppressors like most european countries. There you buy them off the shelf in clam packs with your normal shopping at the sporting goods store. Im not required to get a background check to buy a car muffler, why should I need one for a glorified flashlight body with washers welded in it. (I know there is much more to modern suppressors just making a point.)

And in 8 years, a 460.

Well, my election gun was a precision AR15.  I had one AR, but not a precision.  So I decided if the election had gone the other way I wanted both bases covered.  So starting in the summer I began buying all the parts.  So by the time of election (SHTF), I had all the parts that would be subject to freaking out and had the barrel on order.  So now I have everything but the barrel, due in a couple months, so either way I was covered.

Now I'm acquiring parts for a 20 Practical rifle and next a 338 Edge.  A 10mm RIA MS is next behind those.

Well I purchased a Bulgarian Makarov last week and a Remington R51 this week. The Mak is boringly reliable and accurate at 15 yards. As is the Remington thus far.

My wife wants a purple LC9. I told her if she asked for a .380 that I'd glue her nipple to her shirt while she slept lol
