Top rail thoughts?

Hi guys,

So I was thinking of a top rail for my RIA 10mm.  Any suggestions?  Are there any that happen to have iron sights on them?  I've seen a few of the full length rails, but you have to remove your iron sights, and that bothers me.  The saddle style, I'm not too sure how they would keep Zero, any thoughts on folks who have them?

Also, anybody that has optics... suggestions would be cool as well...
