So I am getting an RCBS Master kit from my families store. It has all I need to reload except for dies powder primers and anything else I might need...

Can someone give a list of everything else I would need to get started so that I can email him the parts list

You will want a caliper to take measurements, good ones can be had from Harbor Freight for $10 if you watch for sales.

Yes you will need the dies and appropriate shellholder for each of the different cartridges, some dies and shellholders can be used for others like 10mm and 40S&W share the same dies and shellholder, 357Sig uses the same shellholder only.

Your bench can be any sturdy level platform, but I would suggest a double 3/4" plywood top at the very least...I made mine on a set of old folding table legs and have 4 presses mounted with the Powder hopper in the middle...

Also there is a rebate for $75 if you spend $300 for RCBS equipment, you can send in the UPC codes and receipts.

Your kit comes with a great Speer manual and has plenty of data inside, but others will extend your knowledge and provide you with extra reference to different power types, bullet types and weights.  Lyman and Hornady are other great manuals.

The powder makers offer manuals in printed and downloadable formats, I suggest both...I listed several here

The powder you need will be geared to what you want to load...for 10mm Alliant BE-86, can be used across a wide variety of other pistol cartridges.  But there are powders that will yield more velocity at lower pressures like LongShot, Blue Dot, AA#9, AA #7, Power Pistol and 800X but it is better suited for hand weighing because of the big dense flakes.

Once you study the loading data from various powder makers you'll get a better sense of what powders do for various calibers, cartridges and bullet weights used.

This list is based on the Hodgdon burn rate chart.  Titegroup is the fastest powder I know of load data for, and Steel is the slowest.  But, only a limited subset will generally provide top performance, and then it is based on bullet weight, primer, brass and finally your specific firearm.

If you want One Powder to Rule them All, then I would look hard at Blue Dot.

But, get a manual and read it twice.
