That's exactly the same ballistics as the factory Hornady 180gr XTP and same count....could this be the Hornady XTP load repackaged?

I live within 5 miles from them and they are highest place in town on ammo, guns, and reloading components.  They wanted 36.00 a box of 250 9mm 115gr Barry bullets. They think you should shop with because of who they are.
