Yes, let's talk Benghazi.  The biggest problem is not the deaths but Obama's cover up of the mishandling of the situation by his adminstration 8 weeks before election. 

To Clinton's credit, she would not go on the Sunday morning shows and lie but had Susan Rice do the dirty work for Obama.  If Clinton had gone on, she would not be on the ticket today and we would have Biden or Elizabeth Warren.

I don't need more than that. I've watched repeatedly over the last year as you vilify anything Republican and prop up Democrats. Here are the words straight from the official Democrat platform:

"We will expand background checks and close dangerous loopholes in our current laws, hold irresponsible dealers and manufacturers accountable, keep weapons of war—such as assault weapons—off our streets, and ensure guns do not fall into the hands of terrorists, domestic abusers, other violent criminals, and those with severe mental health issues."

No mention of the 2nd Amendment at all. Democrats don't even acknowledge the fact that it exists. Their official position is that gun manufacturers can be sued by victims. Do you see how dangerous that is? No manufacturer will stay in business with that risk. And that's what they want. To close down all firearms manufacturing with the fear that they'll be sued into bankruptcy. This is a very dangerous idea. We don't file lawsuits against car companies when a driver kills someone in an accident (unless the vehicle had a safety issue like a failed brake system or air bag failed to deploy properly). And they specifically list "weapons of war" and "assault weapons" so you know they want Bill Clinton's assault weapon ban back in place. No more AR-15's. No thanks. Their next step is to take California's new gun laws and make them nationwide. Under California's new laws all you can have are revolvers, pump shotguns and tube fed rifles. All firearms with a detachable magazine are outlawed.

If you support this platform, you are not a gun owner. You do not support the 2nd amendment.

And you sure as hell don't belong here on our forum.

I'll say it again. 10mm-Firearms endorses the Republican platform on firearms and those candidates that support that platform and the 2nd amendment.

As for liability I agree with you and that's the goal, that's why I say make a deal with Obama now to avoid that. While we have a right to carry that right is not absolute if it harms another party. I have a Umbrella Policy just in case.

You make no sense. Because the republicans in New York didn't stop the SAFE Act (Dems outnumber them in the state congress, nothing they could do) and because they didn't stop gay marriage (supreme Court ruling, nothing they could do) you switch parties and join the very thing you say the republicans failed you on?

If you read that and still vote Democrat, you're a traitor to the 2nd amendment. I can't speak for RINO New York Senate Republicans but at the federal level, republicans are doing just fine. In addition, Trump's supreme court picks alone warrant him getting gun owners votes.
