Recently saw a poster on another board who has Simply Rugged make him a holster for his 40 with a RMR. Great belt holster and with the Chesty Puller straps converts to a chest holster.  Doesn't need a thumb break but one can get a safety strap.  I have 5 of their holsters including one for a G40...
