WHAT? More than a half-dozen different 10mm loads on Cabela's shelf?

And some of them less than 50 cents per round?  Have I been out of touch lately!

Bought the Glock 20.4 early this week, ground some reliefs into the triggerguard opening and bottom-forward portion, and decided to kill some pesky waterjugs this afternoon, in spite of the 110dF summer heat.  Cabela's had so many different 10mm loads that I can't remember them all.  One I chuckled over--the old Federal Hydra-Shok 180 at about $30 per 20 rounds!  I bought 50-count boxes of PPU's 180g. FMJ and JHP and SIGSauer's Elite Performance 180g. FMJ which claims 1250FPS velocity.  I shot about a hundred of them and all functioned perfectly.  The SIG load had significantly higher recoil than either PPU.

I now have brass in which to assemble practice loads while my order of new nickled cases and Barnes TAC-XP 155s are on the way.

As you noticed the SIG ammo is ~ 1250, the PPU not so much. Enjoy the Glock!

As an former owner of probably a dozen different (B)locks and owner of three highly comfortable S&W M&Ps, this 20.4 is indeed a block.  Why does Glock make the triggerguard so damned small?  I got my Dremel out and relieved some plastic from the upper-right-rear where the finger goes in and the bottom-forward-front where the my (short) fingernail catches and my fingertip rubs on the TG's edge.  Feels better now.  Here...

I don't have that problem with my G20.3 or G29.2, did they make a significant change with the V4 ?

I don't think so.  I handled the 20.3, 20.3SF, and 20.4 at the same time at Glockmeister; they all felt about the same in that regard--that is, each of the three had too-small triggerguards.

This is the Golden Age of the 10mm. The new Guns and Ammo has a story on the updated Delta with a side bar on the Trophy Bonds.

We will know when we make it when they sell 10mm ammo at Walmart. (Mine sells 357 Sig, go figure)

I too like the Sig 10mm offering very much.  I also relieve the top of my Glock trigger guards, not the bottom, but the top, as I have the problem with my finger tip and the side of my finger nail dragging on the inside of the trigger guard, most annoying to me.  I have the trigger guard problem with both Gen3 and Gen4 Glocks, they're both the same.

Do you mean the top of the bottom?
