Look what I found at Phase V Supply today:

The question now: Do I shoot them or keep them?  ;D
They had a few other old looking boxes of ammunition, I'll try to get some pictures tomorrow.

The powder for them don't exist any more...however they can be exceed using newer powders.  So it is a question of nostalgia, but a good find.

The older other ammo be a good ammo to do pull-down documentations to preserve their history.

Save some, archive the data on some, shoot the rest  :)

They are bullets, not gold

I will have to send some in for "disassemble & testing". I do want to shoot a couple, and they have two more boxes sitting on the shelf. :)

Why do they have two boxes sitting on the shelf? I have no idea. I don't know if someone brought them in, or they found them sitting somewhere. Last time I was in there, they had no 10mm ammunition on the shelf. Now they have a few old looking boxes. The Norma load, Master 150 grain jhp, Hornady custom 170 grain jhp, and Hornady Premier Ammunition 155 jhp(I took a picture from a distance. They were busy today so I didn't ask to look at the boxes). I did pick up another G29 magazine I ordered yesterday.

If you paid the prices on the box, they'd be all gone if I was there !  :)

Yes but it looks like a 20 rd box not 50 rds.

Yep. 20 round boxes. I guess in the "old days" they only needed 20 practice rounds.  :))
I need to google the Master ammunition I saw, see if it is any good. I'll load pictures tonight.

Why are they still there? Those are original Norma. It may not seem like a bargain at that price, but they aren't watered down, either. About the same price as Underwood for the same bullet and (published) performance. Not to mention the nostalgic value. If they had 3 boxes, I'd have bought 3 (or 4, or 5). Hen's teeth, for certain.

My target after 20 Norma's. I fired as fast as I could with a reload from my left rear pocket. Distance was 3 yards. I'm sure if I was shooting 9mm my hits would be closer, but where's the fun? I was happy all 20 rounds stayed on the paper plate.  :P

My 10mm "stash" includes several boxes of Norma that I have had since around 1987 when I got my DE new.
